What inspired you to enter the industry?
I have always been passionate about the insurance industry however I fell into the benefits industry through marrying my wife.

I would rather go fishing than go golfing
What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
Listen to the needs of your client and take the time to research the best solution. If a solution does not exist, create one. Also, ensure your clients are up to date on all the new offerings available in the market place.
Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
The industry is advancing faster than ever before and you need to adapt new products/practices quickly. Like most industries, advisors and clients involve more technology in the management of benefit programs and this will continue to evolve.
