What do you appreciate most about being a Benefits Alliance member?
Collaboration with peers and education.
What is your favourite part of your role?
I earn a living by helping others. How cool is that!!!
How do you define success?
Success is creating a life of freedom and fulfillment by building meaningful relationships, making a positive impact and continuously growing while staying true to my values.
What are the biggest challenges you face in your role or in this industry?
Rising drug costs and plan sustainability.
How do you manage work/life balance?
My wife is my CTO (Chief Travel Officer). She makes sure that we take breaks to reset.

What advice would you give to people who want to join this industry?
Focus on Networking Groups – Look to serve others – Education ie. CEBS.

Actually, we just created ‘The Jean Bailey Legacy Award’ for Kindness and Impact. I’d like to think that my mom would think that I deserve it.
