Plan your work and work your plan. It takes discipline but it works!

Where do you see your industry going in the next 5 to 10 years?

Post pandemic economic recovery mesures will stimulate economies creating opportunities for Canadian companies to grow locally. Considering labor market shortages, hiring internationally will increase. The world is getting smaller and more opportunities for growth outside the country will be created. Remote working technology has evolved and it’s never been easier to work abroad. Global nomads are on the rise and the trend will continue. As a result, I anticipate the need for global benefits solutions to continue to grow.
