Where are you based, geographically?
Tell us about your role at National HealthClaim?
I am the director of sales and advisor support for all quoting, questions, and applications of their clients.
What should BA Members come to you for?
All things HSA and WSA. Ideas around placement, trends, and unique features we offer vs the industry.
What makes National HealthClaim unique?
Direct support for advisors (phone, text, email). The simplest claim submission technology in Canada. Full and true adjudication of client claims. Customized onboarding for Health and Wellness programs.

What is a memorable piece of advice you’ve learned in your career?
Persist…professionally. Be likeable, know your craft, and opportunities will come.
Where do you see your industry going in the next 5 to 10 years?
If it continues like it has been, only upward. More customization and flexibility and an increase in personal service and support.
