I’m a Sales Director with Homewood, with a Kinesiology & Health Promotion background. I work to build, grow and value with our broker partnerships, and work to address client
Mental Health & Addiction strategy.
What do you enjoy most about working with Benefits Alliance advisors & members?
I enjoy working with BA Advisors, as they are knowledgeable, professional and echo
Homewood values, in delivering Service Excellence and Improving Life. We work together
to make sure solutions are the best fit for their clients and help address any needs they
have to keep their teams healthier.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Working with a great team and meeting partners all aligned to deliver better health
outcomes.
How do you define success?
Success is making an impact, and where your efforts lead to results which are meaningful – whether this is reaching financial & professional goals, build relationships, or living true to your values.
What are the biggest challenges you face in your role or in this industry?
Balancing multiple priorities, and being resilient through setbacks.
