What inspired you to enter the industry?
The opportunity to work with businesses from every industry/sector and the entrepreneurs who started them and run them.
Who is your mentor?
There are and have been so many over the years…I have been very fortunate. It probably started with my father and from him, to many inspiring people I have had the privilege to work with over the years right up to today when I see things in others that make me want to be better at what I do or just be a better person.
What are some things that people don’t know about you?
I am way more introverted than most would think.
What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
Be responsive, commit to continuous learning, add tangible value.
Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
The industry is evolving at a rapid pace and that creates opportunities for the advisors who are able to help plan sponsors navigate our world and make good decisions for their business.
