What inspired you to enter the industry?
After working as a financial advisor, I developed a passion for helping people achieve their retirement goals. I joined the Davis team as a way to increase the number of people I could reach.
Who is your mentor?
Kirk Davis and Glen Tait.I have learned a great deal from both. In particular, what it means to truly put a client’s needs first.
What are some things that people don’t know about you?
To be honest, I’m pretty much an open book so if there’s something you want to know about me…please ask.
What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
Employees need the support of their employer to reach their retirement goals.
Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
My hope is that more companies implement strong retirement programs that help relieve employees financial stress and allow them to be as productive as possible.
