What inspired you to enter the industry?
Having a parent in the industry, it was inspiring to see from a young age how a well constructed benefit plan can positively impact a business and create lifelong partnerships
Who is your mentor?
My mentor would have to be my father. Watching him grow his business over the years, and teaching me along the way has helped me begin to create my own path in the industry.
What are some things that people don’t know about you?
People may not know that I just recently got married. After planning throughout the pandemic, my wife and I had our wedding on December 3rd 2021
What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
Something that I’ve learned / realized in the business so far is to not close any doors prematurely. Its never too late to learn a new skill, put yourself out there in a new way, or make different connections.
Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
Although I have only been in the industry a short time, I think that transparency and value add services are so important. Ensuring that the Client understands the value that we bring is the key to a solid and long lasting partnership
