Q: How did you come into the industry?
I joined Cox Financial after graduating from University.
Q: What makes Cox Financial different?
We build long-term working relationships with our clients and take the time to really understand their business and team members. This enables us to provide sophisticated, customized solutions to suit their unique needs.
Q: Something interesting people might not know about me?
If I had another job, it would be as a farmer. Still might in some capacity, one day!
Q: What is the biggest lesson that you have learned in the business?
To surround yourself with good people. Both clients, colleagues and peers.
Q: What are you hoping to accomplish with the Benefits Alliance?
Continue to build relationships with other peers in the industry and participate in a community of shared knowledge and practices to further elevate our own business.
Q: Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
Technology will play an everchanging role in our business and society. It will go in waves but I believe the relationships and trust with clients, providers and colleagues will be just as important, if not even more important in the future as their are today.
