What inspired you to enter the industry?
The ability to help companies be successful by providing a better experience for their employees.
Who is your mentor?
I have been fortunate to work with many successful Advisors and have learned valuable lessons from most of them.
What are some things that people don’t know about you?
Although fairly stoic in real life, I always cry at the sad part in movies. It can be quite embarrassing on airplanes!
What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
Find out what your customer, internal or external, really needs and figure out how to help them. For example, employers don’t really need Benefits, they need Healthy, Engaged, Loyal & Productive employees.
Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
We are in a period of great change in our industry, and when there is change, there are real opportunities to identify needs and gaps and build new and innovative solutions for various stakeholders.
