What inspired you to enter the industry?
The industry picked me. One could say, “I followed in my mother’s foot steps”. My mother successfully worked in the benefit industry for 49 years. What a strong referral for a career path.

What are the biggest lessons that you have learned in the business?
The times of traditional benefits plans are no longer. Each new generation is challenging how we all see benefits. Enhanced technology, delivery of products, flexibility, work-life balance…significant changes. The benefits industry will always be around but it will have fresh new vibes.
