We’ll collaborate together on flexibility, transparency, holistic benefits that support mental health, personalized benefits/retirement options, work-life balance, and financial wellness. Additionally, let’s chat about some of the topics and concepts regarding what Generation Z doesn’t learn in traditional education. Such as but not limited to, money management, nutrition, retirement, etc. With generation Z approaching and entering the workforce, their preference reflects a broader shift towards a more integrated approach to employee well-being and financial security.
