We are excited to launch our very own BA Women’s Network Group!

• What is the intent of the group? Benefits and the insurance in general have traditionally been a male-dominated industry. Women operate differently in this space – not better or worse, just differently. We interpret, present, communicate, and network uniquely. This group and the topics of discussion are meant to recognize and focus on these differences, work on changing the bias that exists in our industry, and share tips and success stories that will inspire and motivate each other to drive our business success forward as well as help drive change.

• What is happening on February 27th? We need your help and opinions! To create meetings that will inspire and us and our businesses grow and develop (personally and professionally), we need your input. The meeting on February 27th is set up for all who identify as a female – we will be meeting to discuss the vision of this group, meeting frequency, topics of interest – all the details that will drive our success as a group!
