Q :Where your firm operates, geographically speaking.
A: Downtown Vancouver, work mostly in BC and the odd case in Alberta
How did you enter the industry?
A: Freedom Fighter, 1985 joined London Life
Q: What is something that people do not know about you?
A: Enjoy tennis, squash, and snowboarding
Q: What is the biggest lesson that you have learned in the business?
A: Treat others like you would want to be treated

A: Learn from others, share great ideas
Q: Do you have insights about the industry that you would like to share?
A: Changing environment with large consolidators will change market place. I believe that today not effective as they hoped but in time will be better which is worrisome – Independent smaller firms will still have an important role.
