Being a part of something important. The learning and sharing of information.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Advising clients and managing my deliverable; taking part in conferences/seminars to enhance learning and networking.
How do you define success?
Work/Life Balance and succeeding in both; laughing along the way.
What are the biggest challenges you face in your role or in this industry?
Keeping up with the demands of clients; more benefits required, but cost is always an
issue.
How do you manage work/life balance?
Taking it one day at a time.

Understand Group Underwriting.
