What excites you about being an advisor?

What excites me most about being an advisor is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them protect their well-being and secure a stronger future. It’s rewarding to provide clients with solutions that truly impact their financial health and peace of mind.

How do you define success?

I define success as empowering people to achieve greater financial security and peace of mind. It means seeing clients feel confident about their future, knowing they have the right support and resources to protect their health, their loved ones, and their goals. Success is creating lasting, positive impacts on their lives

What are the biggest challenges of being an entrepreneur?

The biggest challenges include navigating complex regulations, building trust, and standing out in a competitive market. Educating clients on the value of benefits and adapting during economic shifts are also key. Success requires expertise, adaptability, and a strong client focus to make a lasting impact.

How do you manage work/life balance?

I manage work-life balance by setting boundaries and prioritizing quality time with family, even amid travel. When I’m on the road, I stay connected with loved ones through calls and video chats. At home, I dedicate uninterrupted time to recharge, ensuring I’m fully present both at work and with family.

What books/resources do you recommend that every business person should check out?

“Atomic Habits” by James Clear

What advice would you give to people that want to become and advisor?

Prioritize strong client relationships and stay committed to lifelong learning. Effective communication is key to simplifying complex topics. Be resilient; success takes persistence, especially early on. Always put clients first to create long-term value and trust in your advisory work.

If your friends/family/colleagues were to give you an award, what would it be for?

It would be for being an unwavering source of support and positivity, always going above and beyond to uplift those around you.

If someone would make a documentary about you, what would be the title?
