I am a junior account manager with expertise in client management, data analysis, and efficient insurance solutions to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

What excites you about being an advisor?

Guiding the members through complex insurance processes, simplifying their choices, and providing insights that add value to their goals brings a sense of purpose and accomplishment. The role combines problem-solving, relationship-building, and the opportunity to continuously learn—each client interaction is unique, keeping the work both challenging and rewarding.

How do you define success?

I define success as the ability to achieve meaningful goals while making a positive impact on others. It’s not just about personal achievements but about creating value that benefits clients, colleagues, and the broader community. Success also means continuous growth—embracing challenges, learning from experiences, and using that knowledge to improve myself and contribute to my team’s and clients’ success. Ultimately, it’s the fulfillment that comes from knowing my work has made a difference.

What are the biggest challenges of being an entrepreneur?

I am not one so I wouldn’t know but from what I have heard I would say it is mostly balancing multiple roles, and maintaining resilience through setbacks.

How do you manage work/life balance?

I manage work-life balance by setting clear boundaries and prioritizing tasks to focus on high-impact activities during work hours. I organize my day with specific goals, minimizing distractions to stay productive and avoid working overtime. Outside of work, I prioritize my me time, personal interests, and physical activities, which help me recharge and stay motivated.

What books/resources do you recommend that every business person should check out?

Atomic Habits by James Clear – A guide to building positive habits that drive productivity and personal growth. Dare to Lead by Brené Brown – A practical book on leadership, courage, and the importance of vulnerability in business.

What advice would you give to people that want to become and advisor?

Develop Deep Knowledge Build Trust Understand Client Needs Network and Build Relationships Focus on Problem-Solving Stay Resilient

If my friends, family, or colleagues were to give me an award, it would likely be for “Reliable Problem-Solver” or “Efficient Multitasker”.

If someone would make a documentary about you, what would be the title?

“Driven by Curiosity: The Journey of Growth and Impact”.
