Please introduce yourself in 10 words or less.
I’m a work hard/play hard kind of person. I get great satisfaction by helping my team succeed and then “play hard” by feeding my passion of travelling adventures with family and friends.
What is your favourite part of your job?
The people! I joined Benefits Alliance in September 2022 and I am thrilled to be working with such passionate and knowledgeable people who share a common vision for this industry.
What career advice would you give to your younger self?
Pick a few ideas (instead of all of them) so you can do them well.
What is a recent book or movie that you would recommend?
I am re-reading Moneyball. It’s such a satisfying combination of stats and the competitive edge of sports that makes it such a thrilling page-turner for me!
What is your favourite thing to do on the weekend?
I like to stay busy but have 1-2 hours of down time. The busy part includes playing board & card games with my daughter, cheering her on at swim meets, taking Improv classes, seeing live music, and socializing with friends. The “down time” involves reading a book, planning my next trip or cooking a variety of food for the freezer with music on.
