Finding the balance between working in vs on the business, and staying competitive as a boutique firm amid increasing industry consolidation.
How do you manage work/life balance?
A flexible and hybrid work environment has been helpful with our young family.

What advice would you give to people who want to become an advisor?
It’s a wonderful industry, but the first 5 years are difficult. Developing technical knowledge and confidence in your recommendations takes time, and it’s important to be a part of industry organizations to fast track your learning.
