I am a seasoned Employee Benefits Consultant of 25 years supporting clients with their
employee benefit and retirement plans.
What do you appreciate most about being a Benefits Alliance member?
I enjoy the networking and sharing of ideas that will help improve my business and
further support my clients.
What is your favourite part of your role?
Providing clients with new, innovative products and solutions for their firms and
staff to help solve their employee benefit needs.
How do you define success?
A happy client and engaged staff.
How do you manage work/life balance?
I like to read, go the gym, camp at Provincial Parks.

What advice would you give to people who want to join this industry?
Study and understand the in’s and out’s of the products and solutions. Be an expert. Get out and meet people. Be inquisitive.
