BA Members should come to me if they have concerns about the service they are receiving, if they have questions about the scope of the services provided, or if they are having trouble reaching their designated HR Expert.

Take ownership of any problem you encounter.
Where do you see your industry going in the next 5 to 10 years?
HR Covered has it’s sights set on becoming Canada’s top HR resource for small businesses. I foresee the next 5-10 years being hard on small businesses. With the many of the baby-boomer generation retiring, businesses will need a ton of help filling that void and a service likes ours could be an essential resource.
