The frequency and type of communication, when an employee is off work, is likely the most important aspect of disability management and so important to all stakeholders for many reasons.

I’ve been in the business over 30 years!

Oppenheimer.
If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be and why? What question would you ask them?
Michelle Obama because I admired how she handled her role as First Lady with such grace and humility. I would ask her what it would take for her to run for office?
