BA Women’s Networking Group: The Best Way to Reach a Goal is to Say It Out Loud!

In this month’s BA Women’s Networking Group, Carolyne Eagan will facilitate discussion around goal setting. She finds that personally, one of the best ways to reach a goal is to write it down and then say it out loud publicly! For her, this helps her stay focused and accountable to drive her behaviour. She also finds that the best practice tips and encouragement along the way received from a peer group is most valuable. Do you have a professional goal and/or a personal goal you are focused on to achieve in 2024? Carolyne will kick things off by sharing one of each.
