BA Women’s Networking Group Kick Off

We are thrilled to kick off our BA Women’s Networking Group on such a notable date, March 8th, which is International Women’s Day!
Please join Jill Fratpietro, Partner at OneLife Benefits & Consulting, who will host our first International Women’s Day celebration with BA.
In 2020, Jill was selected as 1 of 45 National Elite Women in Insurance by Insurance Business Canada, which celebrates the insurance industry’s female leaders. Jill has been in the benefits industry for over 23 years – her experience in the male-dominated insurance industry further pushed Jill to get involved in advocacy for women and gender equality. She is fiercely passionate about forging women’s equality, celebrating women’s achievements, and influencing others’ beliefs & actions. Jill recently wrote and published a book “You Are Who You Choose to Be.”
Jill is excited to speak to you about some of the key insights from her book. Specifically, some of the obstacles women in our own industry face (to this day!) – and more importantly, ways to navigate those obstacles in your life to create your own success.
