Quebec City, but with a fair amount of travel to Montreal and Toronto

An eternal optimist who believes that there are no problems, just solutions!
What is your favourite part of your job?
Working with partners, both internal and external to Beneva. I love collaborating with people to achieve common goals.
How do you define success?
For me, Success is achieving common goals…Together as a team
How do you manage work/life balance?
Jogging is my way to relax and let innovative ideas come to me. Also, my wife has the official role of being the gatekeeper for the time I need to spend without my cell phone…
What books/resources do you recommend that every business person should check out?
Team Spirit, by Sebastien Sasseville. This book is about the Race Across America that Sebastien did with his team in 2022. It is a great reminder that teamwork is the only way to achieve big bold goals.

If someone would make a documentary about you, what would be the title?
Since I am an actuary, the title would need to include mathematics. So, my film title would be: Eric = Energy + optimism
