  1. Please note that a $200 per person fee will apply, when more than 2 people attend per Member firm. Spouse/Partner/Friend attendee per conference will cost $300CDN.
  2. Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
  3. Please submit one form per attendee for the Fall Conference.
