Please note:

1. Gold Sponsorship includes two Partner rep attendees per conference (Spring/Fall). Additional persons cost $400 CDN.
2. Silver Sponsorship includes one Partner rep attendee per conference (Spring/Fall). Additional persons cost $400 CDN.
3. Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
4. Please submit one form per attendee for the Spring Conference.
5. If you cancel your event attendance after Monday, April 1st, 2019, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
