Please note:

1. Please note that a $200 CDN per person fee will apply, when more than 2 people attend per Member firm.
2. Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
3. Please submit one form per attendee for the Spring Conference.
4. If you cancel your event attendance after Monday, April 1st, 2019, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
