2019 ‘Powered by the Past – Force for the Future’ Fall Conference (BA Member Registration)

Please note:

1. A $300 CDN per person fee will apply, when more than 2 people attend per Member firm.
2. A $300 CDN spousal/friend fee will apply where applicable.
3. Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
4. Please submit one form per attendee for the Fall Conference.
5. If you cancel your event attendance after Friday, November 1st, 2019, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
6. On the evening of Monday, November 18th our social mixer will be fantastic as we enjoy Karting at Circuit of The Americas, followed by dinner! Check it out here.

We will forward reminders over the year, but please note:

• You will be required to show your driver’s licence.
• Wear closed shoes and appropriate clothes (casual).
• Do not consume any alcohol, prior to getting behind the wheel.
