Please note:
- Gold Sponsorship includes two Partner rep attendees per conference (Spring/Fall). Additional persons cost $400 CDN.
- Silver Sponsorship includes one Partner rep attendee per conference (Spring/Fall). Additional persons cost $400 CDN.
- Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
- Please submit one form per attendee for the Fall Conference.
- If you cancel your event attendance after Friday, September 14th, 2018, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
