Please note:

1. A $300 CDN per person fee will apply, when more than 2 people attend per Member firm.
2. Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.
3. Please submit one form per attendee for the Fall Conference.
4. If you cancel your event attendance after Friday, September 14th, 2018, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
